    In most cases, it takes about 30 minutes, depending on the complexity. Complex extractions may take slightly longer, but are always performed under the full supervision of a physician.
    If a tooth is beyond treatment, it's best not to delay extraction. Inflammation can complicate the procedure and prolong the recovery period. Your dentist will always advise you on the optimal time after diagnosis.
    Minor discomfort or swelling is possible for the first 2-3 days. This is a normal reaction. The doctor will provide clear recommendations and prescribe the necessary medications, ensuring a smooth and predictable recovery.
    An atypical extraction is a more complex surgical procedure performed when a tooth is malpositioned, has not fully erupted, has complex root shapes, or is located close to nerves or the maxillary sinuses. This most commonly applies to wisdom teeth.
