The goal of endodontic treatment is to save your own tooth and prevent its extraction.
Endodontic treatment is indicated if:
-there is deep caries that has reached the nerve
-pulpitis or periodontitis has occurred
-the tooth hurts when biting or on its own
-there is a reaction to hot or cold
-the tooth is darkened
-previously the canals were treated poorly (re-listing is required)
Sometimes the inflammation passes without pain, so only a doctor after diagnosis determines the exact need for treatment.
Before starting treatment, we perform a CT scan or targeted diagnostics to accurately determine the number of canals, their shape and the condition of the bone. This means:
-no “surprises” during treatment
-clear and predictable results
-the right action plan even before the procedure begins
We use the Doctor Smile erbium and diode laser, which allows us to achieve deep disinfection of the canals. The laser destroys bacteria where traditional instruments cannot always reach, reducing the risk of re-inflammation.
We always fight to save your tooth, even in difficult cases or when re-treating the root canals. Our goal is not just to relieve pain, but to save the tooth for the long term.
We work exclusively with proven, high-quality materials and adhere to international endodontic protocols. The canals are sealed hermetically, which minimizes the risk of re-infection.
We conduct an examination, CT scan or targeted imaging, and photo protocol. This allows us to accurately see the number of canals, their shape, length, and degree of inflammation.
The treatment is performed under anesthesia. The tooth is isolated with rubber dam to ensure sterility.
The canals are treated under magnification. The microscope allows the doctor to see even the smallest canals and microcracks, which significantly improves the quality of treatment.
The canals are thoroughly cleaned and treated with modern antiseptics.
We use a diode laser and an erbium laser Doctor Smile, which ensures maximum sterility of the canal.
In most cases, the treatment takes place in 2 visits. After the first stage, a temporary filling is placed.
At the next visit, the canals are tightly sealed to prevent re-infection.
Depending on the degree of tooth decay:
a permanent filling/artistic restoration is placed
or a crown is recommended for long-term protection of the tooth

Treatment in a dream
We are here to help
is a repeated treatment of root canals, which is performed in cases where the previous endodontic therapy was performed poorly or has lost its effectiveness over time. The main goal of retreatment is to eliminate the infection inside the tooth, stop the inflammatory process and save your own tooth without extraction.
The need for retreatment may arise even years after the initial root canal treatment. The patient may feel pain, discomfort when biting or have no symptoms at all, and the problem is detected only during X-ray or CT diagnostics. Most often, the causes are incomplete filling of the canals, missed canals, impaired tightness or re-infection of the tissues around the root of the tooth.
Before starting treatment, our clinic conducts a detailed diagnosis, which allows us to accurately assess the condition of the canals and bone tissue. The retreatment itself is performed under a dental microscope, which allows the doctor to see all the anatomical features of the tooth, even the smallest canals and microcracks. The old filling material is completely removed, after which the canals are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
To achieve maximum sterility, we use modern antiseptics and laser technologies, in particular erbium and diode lasers. This allows us to effectively destroy bacteria even in hard-to-reach areas and significantly reduce the risk of re-inflammation. In most cases, the treatment takes place in two visits with a temporary filling between stages.
After the retreatment is completed, the canals are hermetically sealed, and the tooth is restored with a permanent filling or crown if it is significantly damaged. This approach provides a long-lasting result and allows the tooth to fully perform its function.
Retreatment is a more complex procedure than the primary canal treatment, and requires a highly qualified doctor, modern equipment and strict adherence to protocols. That is why in our clinic we pay special attention to the quality of diagnostics, accuracy of treatment and an individual approach to each patient. Thanks to this, retreatment becomes an effective solution even in complex clinical cases and allows you to preserve your own teeth for many years.
