Is there little bone tissue?
This isn’t a death sentence, but an indication for augmentation.

Bone grafting is needed not “to insert an implant”, but so that it will serve for decades.

When is bone grafting necessary?

Bone tissue decreases if:

• Previous tooth extraction
• Periodontitis or trauma
• Anatomical features
• Age-related atrophy

Without sufficient bone volume, the implant lacks reliable support.

Patient Stories

Alexandra

Alexandra came to us for a tooth extraction and was genuinely surprised that an implant could be placed immediately. No long waiting periods, no multiple stages. In just one visit, the damaged tooth was removed and the implant was placed. Fast. Gentle. Completely painless. Alexandra admitted she didn’t expect modern dentistry to be this comfortable. Sometimes the fear is worse than the procedure itself 😉

Lyudmila

Lyudmila initially had a "deplorable" situation and she planned to "live out" with such teeth. But one day, instead of living out, she chose to LIVE AND SMILE. And she loves to smile - she tells such anecdotes that it is impossible not to laugh😀 We followed the plan: first, sanitation, removed cysts and inflammation, performed implantation and removal of old implants, and at the finish line, complete restoration with zirconium dioxide crowns. The result is delight! +1000 to youth and self-confidence!

Vladislav

Vladislav is undergoing aligner treatment at our clinic and consciously chose aligners over braces. He lives in another country and travels a lot, so comfort and flexibility were key factors for him. Aligners offer an aesthetic, almost invisible solution and allow easy remote monitoring during treatment.

This is what our clients say!

Guarantee on all types of treatment!

We don't perform bone grafting "just in case." The decision is made solely after a CT scan, which reveals the actual volume, density, and quality of the bone tissue. The doctor clearly understands where, to what extent, and why bone restoration is needed.
Certified bone materials used in modern global implantology are used for bone grafting. The technique (augmentation, GBR, sinus lift, etc.) is selected individually depending on the clinical situation.
Bone grafting is performed by an oral surgeon specializing in implantation and bone tissue restoration. All stages are performed under sterile conditions, following modern protocols and using a minimally invasive approach.

    Patient questions

Bone grafting is a procedure to restore or increase bone volume when the patient's own bone is insufficient to securely place an implant. It creates a stable foundation for implant placement and ensures long-lasting results.
On average, the bone healing process takes 3 to 6 months, depending on the extent of the procedure and individual patient characteristics. During this period, the doctor monitors the healing process and plans further treatment stages.
No, not always. The need for bone grafting is determined individually after a CT scan. If the bone volume is sufficient, implantation can be performed without additional interventions.
Both options are possible. In many cases, an implant can be placed immediately after tooth extraction—this is called immediate implantation. This approach reduces treatment time and allows for a more rapid transition to prosthetics. However, if there is insufficient bone tissue or inflammation, implantation is recommended after a certain period of time, following healing or bone grafting. The doctor makes the final decision after an examination and CT scan.
