Recommended for the following situations:
-In case of significant decay of the tooth, if there is a need to update its form and function
-For the renewal of chewing teeth, which are of high importance
-For the frontal zone, if natural aesthetics and insight are important
-When using prosthetics on implants - for maximum stability and accuracy
-In patients with allergies or sensitivity to metals
-For total rehabilitation (All-on-4 / All-on-6 / All-on-8)
-If Required durable design with predictable results over time
The treatment begins with a detailed consultation. The doctor evaluates the structure of the teeth, bite, clarity, conducts a photo protocol and CT follow-up. At this stage, an individual treatment plan is formed and the future work is determined.
3D scanning of teeth is carried out on an existing production line. This is necessary for the analysis of anatomy, bite and future design of crowns or 360° veneers.
With total robots, the upper and/or lower cracks are scanned.
Once the treatment plan has been met, delicate preparation of the teeth for crowns or 360° veneers is completed. The preparation is carried out as accurately as possible, with the highest quality of the zirconium structure.
After preparing the teeth, another 3D scan is completed, which transmits the exact shape of the prepared teeth to the laboratory. Based on these data, individual crowns are prepared.
During the fabrication of permanent structures, the patient is fitted with temporary crowns. They protect the teeth, preserve the aesthetics of the smile and allow for an assessment of the shape and comfort of future permanent crowns.
This stage is mandatory for both single and total restorations.
In the dental laboratory, zirconium dioxide crowns are created using digital CAD/CAM technologies. The technician individualizes each crown: he recreates the anatomy, transparency, color, applies stains and micro-details for the most natural appearance.
The finished crowns are tried on, the fit, bite and aesthetics are checked. After that, the crowns are finally fixed, as well as the bite is corrected for comfortable chewing.
Prosthetics are performed by experienced orthopedic doctors who specialize in complex and aesthetic work. Treatment is under the supervision of the head physician Oleksandr Parkhomenko, which guarantees a systematic approach and high quality standards.
We work entirely in a digital protocol: 3D scanning, photo protocol, digital smile modeling. This allows us to achieve perfect crown fit, precise bite, and predictable results.
Having our own laboratory allows us to control every stage of crown manufacturing. The doctor and technician work as one team, which ensures high aesthetics, accuracy, and reduced treatment times.
For prosthetics, we use modern materials, in particular zirconium dioxide, which combines strength, biocompatibility and a natural appearance. Crowns look like your own teeth and withstand full chewing load.
We focus not on a temporary effect, but on a long-term result. That is why our orthopedic products last for years, maintaining function, comfort, and aesthetics.

We are here to help
The production of zirconium dioxide crowns is not just a technical process, but a real high-precision art, where every detail matters. In our clinic, experienced dental technicians-jewelers work on this, combining digital technologies and manual individualization. The process begins with an accurate 3D scan of the patient’s teeth. The digital impression transmits the smallest anatomical features and becomes the basis for the future crown. All information is immediately sent to our dental laboratory.
Next, the dental technician models the crown on the computer using a special CAD program: he recreates the anatomy of the tooth, chewing surfaces, contact points and a shape that will perfectly fit into the patient’s smile. At this stage, not only accuracy is important, but also aesthetic vision – like that of a real jeweler.
After digital modeling, the crown is transferred to a milling machine, where it is cut from a zirconium dioxide block with micron precision. Then the workpiece undergoes a sintering stageції — запікання у спеціальній печі при високій температурі, під час якого матеріал набуває своєї остаточної міцності.
The next stage is manual individualization. The technician creates a natural relief, texture, transparency, applies color accents and micro-details. This is a delicate, painstaking work that makes each crown unique and as similar as possible to a natural tooth.
The final firing fixes the color and shape, after which the crown undergoes quality control and fitting. Only after that is it ready to be installed on the patient.
It is this approach — a combination of digital precision and manual craftsmanship — that allows us to create zirconium dioxide crowns that are not just prostheses, but highly aesthetic, durable and unique works.
