The patient contacts us online. If they have CT scans, images or preliminary treatment plans, they send them to us in advance.
We organize an online consultation with the head physician and a team of specialists.

Based on the diagnosis, we:
- draw up a detailed treatment plan;
- determine the scope of work (therapy, surgery, implantation, prosthetics);
- plan whether treatment under anesthesia or sedation is necessary;
- agree on the patient's stay (usually 2–3 weeks);
- form a clear schedule of visits even before arrival.

Organization of arrival and stay
If necessary, we:
-help with organizing a transfer;
